NYC Gramercy Park Wedding
This was my first time documenting a wedding in New York City! It was such an amazing experience and honestly couldn't have gone any better. I met up with Diana + Asi the previous morning to shoot their engagement photos around Brooklyn. After how well that shoot went, I knew their wedding day was going to be a blast. They held their wedding at the Gramercy Park Hotel which sits next to the beautiful Gramercy Park. In order to access the park, you have to maintain a resident in one of the adjoining buildings which will get you a key to the park. A kind stranger on the streets who is a resident in the area stopped us while we were doing portraits and asked if we'd like to go in to the park to take some photos. We happily obligated and went in to sneak a few photos (pretty sure taking wedding photos in there is frowned upon) before being asked to leave haha. The rest of the night was a blast and I have never seen such an epic dance floor. They did not stop moving until midnight, it was awesome! Big thanks to my bud, Tony, for shooting alongside me!
