Seattle Studio Maternity Session with Natalie Lock
Earlier this year, I got to document Natalie + Drew Lock’s gender reveal, and I knew we’d shoot again once the bump was bumpin’. I was already looking forward to it. This time, we planned a quick studio maternity session in Seattle, and even though we only shot for about an hour, we captured a ton of beautiful looks.
Working with Natalie Lock, wife of Seattle Seahawks quarterback Drew Lock, is always effortless — she brings such a calm, natural presence to maternity photos. I mixed in a bit of film throughout the shoot as well. Most of these were shot on my EOS 3 with Portra 800, with a few frames on my Contax G1 and some black-and-white film.
